Charlie is a strategic recruiting professional with over 14 years of experience. In founding IT Accel with Kristina Marino, Charlie was keen on addressing the unique IT recruiting needs within corporate clients through building long term relationships with both candidates and customers alike. This approach has served IT Accel well as the firm offers some of the strongest technical talent in the business and is considered a tier one vendor in most hiring circles. Charlie has demonstrated growth and success in technical candidate sourcing, recruiting management, executive placement, and technical sales with the ability to coach and motivate others to win support for ambitious goals and strong productivity.
Further, his dedication to excellence is evident in his direction of major accounts and recruiting previously at Recruitech and David Lawrence Associates.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from SUNY Albany with a Minor in Business and an Associates in Business and Psychology from Adelphi University.
A graduate of the University of Miami, Kristina Marino learned quickly how far a little bit of hustle in a hurricane of 21st century technology could move a small headhunting business into a well known, IT recruiting powerhouse.
In her leadership at IT Accel, Kristina leverages her experience in technical recruiting and general management to ensure the company maintains its "best in class" performance and service to every one of the company’s clients. Prior to IT Accel, Kristina worked in senior account management for RecruiTech, Inc. and David Lawrence Associates, achieving many a success by bringing on a number of Fortune 500 clients while also filling highly technical, top-level roles for them.
Kristina Marino is proud to lead a team of IT Accel professionals who dedicate their efforts to recruiting the best and brightest in today’s technology.
