Opportunity:

A quantitative investment manager – is looking for a smart, self-driven, resourceful Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent and Culture Team (TACT) in New York City.

You will join a highly-collaborative team of experienced talent management professionals and in-house recruiters to develop and support a broad range of programs in our people space. TACT partners with all areas of the firm (research, technology, and business operations) to understand and respond to each team’s unique hiring and organizational needs. As a cultural ambassador to both colleagues and candidates, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with a diverse community and help create the best experience for them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of recruiting efforts: organizing recruiting trips and conference participation, scheduling onsite interviews and candidate travel, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and producing hiring metrics and reports

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background from a top-tier university
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Keen attention to details, with superb organizational skill (obsessive checklist-makers welcome!)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining a high standard of work and a strong sense of urgency
  • Tenacious and self-motivated to be excellent in everything you do
  • Creative problem-solver, unafraid to try new approaches
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn about our business, with a strong desire to make meaningful impact
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
